Redemption comes to Notting Hill

redemption bar

Redemption is back!  This is what Catherine Salway had to say:

We have popped up more times than a meerkat sniffing out predators, but we’ve done it. We’ve grasped the reins of our main, permanent site and  we’re riding it all the way to a launch. Redemption  is coming to Notting Hill.

 6 Chepstow Road, W2
Corner of Chepstow Road & Westbourne Grove

Our official launch is Monday 10th August, but we don’t want you to wait until then to experience the new craze that has hit the London streets – purification. We want you, our closest friends and champions, to experience it before the soul cleanse really begins. We’d like to see your face on Saturday 8th August for this exclusive meet-and-greet from our team and sample some of what Redemption Notting Hill has to offer – all for free!

Since we launched, Redemption has been the only bar/restaurant we know of where the menu has been designed by nutritional therapists. We’ve been perfecting the menu and it has grown in popularity as more people are looking to take a break from alcohol, sugar, wheat, dairy and meat. Finally now with our own home and kitchen we will be able to step up another notch to deliver innovative, nutritious dishes and the kind of experience we hope you’ll love.

Exec Chef Andrea has been working hard and playing hard with our menu. Our best-selling maki rolls are back, this time on a platter to share (or not!); new on the menu is a stunningly beautiful raw heritage beet ravioli with cashew cheese, watercress and pinenut pesto, yellow pepper coulis and heavenly summer peashoots. And of course an extended selection of good-for-you desserts and hydrating alcohol-free cocktails, which JD has been throwing around with his mixologist friends – he’s quite the aficionado.

We look forward to seeing you soon, and here’s to a happy summer! Love and peas,
Catherine , Andrea, JD and the Redemption team x
